Here’s my one tip to know when someone is Manager Thoughtleading. When someone says “NEVER cancel 1:1s”.

Managers cancel 1:1s. They cancel because they go on vacation (hopefully). They cancel because it’s easier to reschedule one person than find a time for 4+ busy people.
