Today, March 25, former Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo was invited to UP NCPAG to speak for a PA 191 class, "Crisis Leadership and Communication."

As advocates of good governance, we vehemently oppose any attempts to enable and shield the inhumane policies of the Duterte Administration from genuine accountability. This includes the actions and stances of Atty. Panelo as the spokesperson for the former President Duterte.
