@dish_answers I’m currently out of the country and being billed for a service I turned off. Can’t sign in to account out of the country or call. Number don’t work when your out of the country.
I’ve never received EDD payments in my life. This is a first attempt and it’s horrible. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You don’t respond or follow through. I’ve been waiting a MONTH for the letter I was told I’d receive in 10 days.
@CA_EDD it would be ok if they just did what they said. I’ve been waiting for my account # for a month. They said it would be mailed to me in 10 days. Nothing. 200 + phone calls to the help line, only to be hung up on. Saying there to busy. 😕
EDD is of no help. They have no interest in helping. I made 100 calls to the help line yesterday only to be hung up on 100 times. Our state government at its best.
Edd ca is a figment of our imagination. They don’t follow through. I filed my claim, they said they would mail out my account number within 9 days. It’s been 3-weeks. You can’t check your account without that number. It lets you log in but won’t give you any information.
