Opinions on the Marvel Rivals World Cup so far:
- wish there was more advertisement in general
- It’s good that they got people who are familiar with the game but don’t main rivals, great for reaching a new audience
- if you’re going to get invited to a $300,000 tournament, probably should learn more than squirrel girl (a lot of people would give anything for an opportunity like this)
- a lot of visibility to different countries and streamers like team Brazil which had really good players and team America United who kicked our ass 2-0
- this is the first test run for a World Cup in Marvel Rivals. Hopefully it grows into something beautiful. Would LOVE to have more countries participate and also more LAN events 👀
