@Argos_Online I have bought 2 desk now. 1st one built but manufacturer fault as the drawer would not fit on under the desk as the pre drilled holes was about 1’’ away from where it need to be. Told to return the product to store for an exchange.

@virginmedia I am getting sick and tired of the incompetence of the customer service and also the fact that you have messed up from start to finish. Will a manager call me ever to get this sorted? It’s beyond a joke now. Adrian at customer service is a disgrace.

@virginmedia And it seems it’s going to carry on with the unwillingness to get some with authority to give me a call and we can come to a sensible conclusion in regard to these matter. How’s it going to be if I stop my direct debit and then maybe virginmedia will take notice of the severity
@virginmedia Hey the fact of the matter is I’ve been passed on from@pillar to post by people who doesn’t not have a clue what that are doing at talking about and getting nowhere after 3 hours on the phone. I am sure there’s a bit log of the problems that I’ve been having with Virginmedia
