According to the individuals facing prosecution, specifically the individual that I am directly connected to: Gabriel Hernández Serrano and 6 other people are now caught in a criminal case after publicly sharing allegations and purported documentation concerning what has become known as the “Bar España” case in Castellón, Spain.

They allege that the material concerns horrific child sexual abuse and implicates powerful figures.

Spanish prosecutors, meanwhile, have pursued charges connected to their publications, and the defendants say they are facing potentially enormous prison sentences, approximately €1.3 million in civil damages, and efforts to remove their accounts and online material.

Think about the gravity of that for a moment.

Evidence should be examined.
Accusations should be tested.
The accused deserve due process.
The defendants deserve due process.

And above all, allegations involving the sexual abuse of children should never be dismissed, buried, or turned into an internet spectacle without a serious examination of the evidence.

The defendants themselves claim that they have been denied a meaningful opportunity to defend themselves and that the prosecution is being used to permanently silence their reporting.

Those are extraordinary allegations against the Spanish justice system, and they deserve independent verification and international attention rather than blind acceptance or dismissal.

THIS NEEDS TO GO VIRAL.

Not because the internet should automatically declare every allegation true.

Because when people say they possess evidence of crimes against children, and those same people say they now face decades behind bars for publishing it, the appropriate response is not silence.

It is scrutiny.

It is transparency.

It is journalists investigating the records.

It is independent legal observers examining the proceedings.

It is human-rights organizations determining whether these defendants are actually receiving a fair trial.

These men genuinely uncovered evidence of monstrous corruption, and the world needs to know.

But the evidence should decide that question, not censorship, intimidation, political power, or an online mob.

These men say they could lose decades of their lives.

Do not scroll past this simply because
it is happening in another country.

Share their story.
Find the primary documents.
Preserve the evidence.

Demand independent scrutiny of both the underlying allegations and the prosecution itself.

Children deserve protection.

The falsely accused deserve justice.

🚨 Poul Thorsen, a researcher whose work was used to reassure millions of parents that vaccines do not cause autism, is expected to plead guilty to fraud on Sept. 1.

Thorsen worked on major studies examining vaccines and autism that were cited by the CDC and became part of the scientific foundation used to dismiss concerns about a possible connection.

He was later accused by federal prosecutors of stealing more than $1 million in CDC grant money intended for research, using fabricated documents and fraudulent invoices to divert the funds for his own use.

For years, we’ve been told not to question the science on vaccines and autism. We were told the evidence was overwhelming and the people conducting the research could be trusted.

When the integrity of the people producing that science comes into question, so should our willingness to accept their conclusions without scrutiny.
