NEW: Artist Megan Lewis is painting a mural on two sides of the Woodmont-Rugby Public Parking Garage in Downtown Bethesda.
Lewis, a Baltimore County resident, has committed to a commuting theme.
Her vivid characters include a skateboarder, shopper, and a woman walking her dog.
