What independent board oversight exists at Ava Labs? How are conflicts disclosed/managed? What governance separates Ava labs / FDN? Who exercises real accountability?

We’ve seen sniping, p&ds, conflicts of interest and misaligned incentives for AVAX employees with the broader community. Trust has eroded.

MNPI isn’t an edge, nor are coordinated P&Ds.
That distinction feels blurred in crypto today, but experience - via institutional adoption and regulation - will do the teaching.

@Stupifff Good for u if that’s genuinely all u did -analysing public onchain data is ok. But coordinated trading via private networks w/ prior knowledge of FDN bids or timing to pump & exit near the top isn’t skill -it’s mkt abuse. That line may be grey in web3 today but won’t be for long.

Analysing public data is skill. Positioning off privileged flows is mkt abuse.
There will be a rude awakening - just not the one u're implying and it won't favour this behaviour.

@Stupifff U're missing the point! Noone’s asking for infinite bid -just honest price discovery w/o insiders, foundations & KOLs f-running exits. Calling that a skill issue is convenient when u’re on the inside. Institutions won’t tolerate this & regs will end these games & their defenders.
@Stupifff “Some win, some bag-hold” isn’t a vision for a credible chain. Insiders time the hype, FDN bids, retail gets dumped on, then blamed for not gambling better, lol. That’s not adoption, it’s extraction - and normalising it is exactly how Avalanche rots from the inside!

FDN stimulated exit liquidity, not adoption!
@stvngts Holder bias is real. Weak adoption, poor value accrual and leadership failures got us here - and nothing yet suggests this lot can reverse it.

Institutional interest existed. Institutional commitment did not.
The market has priced that reality in over time.
A key part of the failure sits w/ leadership.
