I kept this quiet for a while, not keen on blowing my own trumpet really. Anyway, here it is... I'm now a full professor in remote sensing. It feels important to say this to make visible that this is possible for women in my field.
The trees are getting ready to perform one of nature’s greatest magic tricks 🪄🤹🏼 Their leaf buds are tiny bundles of colour, all packed full of the promise of spring, and a wonderful source of winter joy 🙏

@mdekauwe82 @DrHollyCroft @pps @jilledmondson25 We’ve not really had any issues so far (they’ve been for up a couple of years). - They’re installed quite high so it’d be difficult to tamper with them without pre-planning. A couple have been hit by buses though!
