2.75 oz Bourbon or Rye [infused with dried hibiscus , fresh ginger root , cinnamon , clove , allspice , and star anise]
.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir with ice until cold

Strain into coupe and garnish with candied hibiscus !
