@SouthwestAir maybe you should change your policy to let school groups board together. I’m one chaperone with 6 students and none of us are together. And none of your gate agents were helpful. And this is why I never fly your airline. It’s always a terrible experience.

Our flights have been switched and delayed all day. @SouthwestAir managed to rebook every other adult in the group to arrive to our destination earlier. But the students get in around 12:30am (1:30am EST). This is unacceptable.
