@kilundeezy Dayum π , a whole buffet for thought. The compartmentalizing in this one is strong to be able to hold this conflicting beliefs and somewhat retain the faith. Great discourse for apologetics.
@kilundeezy The argument is not conclusive to formulate an informed opinion. How did the TUTAM guy suffer prior to now? What has changed?
How is the WANTAM guy Jua Kali's business suffering? What is the data? He's mentioned the roads, houses and infrastructure are okay. We need more context
We often experience our ambitions as destinations, but they may be better understood as provisional answers to deeper questions about who we want to become, what we value and what problems we want to solve.
@C_NyaKundiH Insightful and level headed post but the bottom line is, and should always be, that we are human beings first before anything else. So just be a good human. We already have a lot of divisive issues from tribe, gender, religion, politics and now generations. Just be a good person.

@Skeptic_ya Great, From my understanding, we are still doomed regardless. A person that understands the above can be great at fixing the system or exploiting its weaknesses. At the moment the political class is doing the latter. No one can dictate whether the leader elected will do either or
@Skeptic_ya@aomenya The curse of the ignorant voter; Would you say civic education or an overhaul in the whole education system might help to get rid of demagogues or are we just inclined to flattery regardless of our levels of education?
@aomenya Intellectually honest educated people, should know -voting by birthright in a democracy with a low average national IQ doesn't stand a chance against the present day demagoguery..fyi read Plato on demagoguery the republic Book VIII.
