Cool. We produce the most oil in the world, created the internet, most of the phones we all use around the world. The largest companies in the world exist right here in america.
My point wasn't that Europe doesn't produce anything. It's that the US produces the most, and it's for a reason.
Should people be paid fairly? Yes.
Should the government decide what is far? No
That is what we're dealing with over here.
How about instead of just throwing around insults, you give a suggestion?
You must have the solution considering the way you're talking to me
Ok so the fed raising minimum wage to $20/hr. Then what? Things stay the same price? No.
What major commodity comes from Norway or Sweden? Or most European countries? You guys stopped producing because the incentive to build is gone. Incentive being the opportunity to make a shit ton of money.
I'm not claiming to know the solution to all of our problems, but you haven't said a single thing that fixes the issues we face
It's an individuals choice if they want to work there. A teenager can get good experience working at McDonald's to set them up for better jobs down the road. I honestly don't care about McDonald's. My kids like the nuggets, I get a burger sometimes, but it going away wouldn't bother me at all. It would be good for our health if all of these places disappeared.
But people still eat there and they never had a shortage of job applicants, so your argument is pointless. The market decides
Not every restaurant is equal, so why would they all pay the same? Some restaurants have cheaper food, you would expect their workers to be paid less
It's not partisan, it's an open market. Which is where government control comes into play. It's either open market where people are free to create their own business models, or government controlled.
In the US, where I live, not you, when the government implements their mandates, things get more expensive.
Is the US perfect, no. Is capitalism perfect, no. But we're doing a hell of a lot better than you cucks
