@buggy_rexie not at all im around bmi 17.0 and i think especially our upper bodies actually look really similar !! so easy to compare urself to ppl on here but i rlly do think u look exactly ur bmi
@fluffiezkitty no we r similar bmi and i see comments like this on tiktoks like ur post all the time too and then i feel ashamed bc seeing stuff like this actually does help me? but apparently its not allowed to :/
i need to know edtwt do yall actually count/track ur alcohol calories? i might if its like a cider but if im going out and drinking a lot there’s no way im tracking every single drink i had
i was being paranoid about my scale so i weighed myself in 4 different rooms of my house and they were all different numbers (between 50.1-51.2 kg) im freaking out if im still 51kg im going to cry
@akpzks I talk ab this a lot but ur 15 plspls dont compare urself to the thinspo on here thats grown woman :( your body is still growing, I felt exactly the same at ur age. The majority of women wont be physically able to have a thigh gap pre puberty. Be kind to yourself <3
On the plus side I’ve been losing pretty consistently? bmi 17.0 now, so a full point lost in the last month isn’t bad. But I miss being able to eat while out with friends and ‘make up’ for it later. I just can’t do that anymore.
I hope I’ll be happier at bmi 16.
I’m just going to type into a void here but I feel like my ed has changed so much over the years. The hard part used to be saying no to food, now food itself is just hard. I used to get on edtwt and scroll for hours just to motivate myself not to eat. Now eating is a chore.
My friend made me food a few days ago, and I stared at it for so long feeling like I just… couldn’t. It took me over an hour to finish just a sandwich.
It doesn’t feel like this disorder is something I ‘have’ anymore, it feels like it’s a part of me.
the scale has to be lying cuz my thighs r fucking massive i hatehate i bodycheck all the time 24/7 and i always look the exact same as i did at bmi 20 fml
@girlhill666 im in third year rn and the main things ive done is i ALWAYS have emergency foods on me and this ca be tricky but two of my closest friends know about my situation so they can help if im feeling really bad (ive fainted twice at uni so them knowing why was super useful)
