The scam of Ticker Carlson and others is to suggest that all they are upset about is that the US sends taxpayer funds to foreign nations like Israel. Reasonable people can disagree about this question though it is strange that Israel gets singled out and it never gets mentioned that this is essentially a subsidy to US weapons manufacturers—Israel is required to spend the money on US weapons. Nor is anything ever mentioned about possible benefits from US-Israel military cooperation. Maybe those are worthwhile maybe not. And the amount never gets mentioned—a little under $4 billion/yr. But still. Thinking that that spending is a waste of US taxpayer money or endangers Americans more than it helps them is a serious question worth discussing. It doesn’t make you antisemitic. What makes you antisemitic is only mentioning Israel and then lying about the war in Gaza or Israeli attitudes alongside the criticism of the foreign aid. When Carlson says Israelis consider all Gazans terrorists or that supporters of Israel like killing people as a power trip—he is lying in a way that demonizes Israelis and supporters of Israel and justifies violence against them. This is all in spite of his sanctimonious preaching about treating people as individuals. So when he says in his aw shucks manner that he knows he is not antisemitic, he is either lying again or remarkably unself-aware.
