קראתי קייס על חברת Haier, סיכום תולדות ההפיכה שלהם מיצרן מקררים לשוק הסיני לחברת מכשירי חשמל ביתיים עם נוכחות בכל העולם.
זה היה משעמם עד שהתחילו להזכיר את ההתאמות שהם עשו ללקוחות שונים בעולם.

Today was my last day at @SolutoEng. The friends I had the privilege to work with have made me the PM I am today.

Normally when one half of the day is full of meetings, the other is relatively clear for non-meetings work. Today was just the meetings half as the other half I was with our 2yo b/c kindergarten’s closed.

Having clear(ish) goals was essential to making this day pretty productive.
Also - a surprising benefit for Zoom calls - meeting don't "fade out" (e.g. while walking out of the room), they just end.
