Fake interactions with your existing customers denying them basic coverage for the premium to have paid for years
@StarHealthIns runs on inexperienced and baseless AGENTS who take decisions to NOT save your life but the company's money. I am NOW being denied post hospitalization as well.
What is the justification for this? What is the reason for this? #insurancefraud

Not one representative has CALLED, yet for EMI reminders and calls are nonstop.
I would need to send an appeal to IRDAI aswell.

@StarHealthIns I have had done SHOULDER surgery which expects 3 months minimum recovery which falls in the specified 90 days Post period
What about my Physiotherapy .. bills emailed on 4th May'25 (PFA again here)
No explanation to all this matter

@SwiggyInstamart maintain the quality of supply. Check your staff, install invigilation. Products are being used and tampered with. A refund is not the solution, we entrust our elders and kids to trust and order.
DON'T end up like @ZeptoNow@zomato. Takes along time to recover
