Update .. the girl posted at midnight that she requested GMMTV to release the CCTV footages but GMMTV refused .. she got over 10k comments of chineses fans confused and later she deleted the post ..

1. The incident didn’t happen in GMMTV it happened in mall .. how will GMMTV provide / release a mall’s CCTV footage ..

2. The CCTV footages can only be seen by the mall’s security , as for individuals and other parties .. they need to get a POLICE , along with police report to allow them to check it as per the timing the incident happened .. If as said she raised complaint in police that time .. then they’ve already checked the CCTV and even shown it to her

3. Releasing CCTV in public is strict legal risks under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in Thailand , especially if the court hasn’t ruled in the case yet

4. The case happened between third party staff and the fan in the mall .. as GMMTV not part of either 3 .. they won’t be seeing or getting the CCTV footage and can relay on the police reports provided by the parties involved or a court final decision

If she was not guilty at all and all her needs weren’t demanded , why did she withdrew her complaint and why she settled 😅😅

PLUS if she was treated unfairly and violated by Thai ... why hasn’t she left Thailand yet and still following the artists .. wasn’t Thailand unsafe for them and that’s why they’ll boycott Thai artists and so on

I’m sorry to say this but they really act as if they are entitled and superior to everyone else. Even when they travel to other countries, they behave as though everyone should accommodate them instead of respecting the local culture and customs.
