Horrible experience! Booking an incorrect date was reported within 12 hours & via email.
Instead of support, I’m asked to pay more than the original ticket price,just to change the date?
Chat support couldn’t connect me to a live agent
Is this fair?

There is too much to concern about fair customer treatment here.

A genuine mistake reported immediately shouldn’t be penalized like this.
Hoping @AirAsia does the right thing.

@airasia @airasia Tried using above link for support, but cant get anywhere. It’s neither letting me cancel my flight nor letting me connect to live agent for support. Pls provide genuine support. When selecting flight change option, all it is doing is charging more than Booking amount.

@airasia We as well understand that and are willing to pay flight difference fare and fees but in what scenario does it exceed more than the total booking amount.
