In Monsoon 2025 and again in Jan 2026, water ingression issue was found on the floor mat. In Apr 2026, water entered from everywhere, the front ADAS sensor, middle seat door, and 3rd row seat belt area and quarter glass. My entire family got stuck inside the vehicle during a hailstorm in Kufri, Himachal Pradesh, completely helpless.
Due to the continuing water ingress issue for the past 1 year, serious concerns regarding safety and possible long-term damage to the car, its electronic systems, and critical components remain unresolved. Customer support has been extremely poor. My car has been lying at the authorised service centre since 8 May 2026, and more surprisingly, I was initially informed on the very same day that the vehicle was completely fine.
