@BofA_Help curious, why can we NOT set alerts for maintenance fee? I was charged for 18+ months for maintenance fee, I was never alerted for maintenance fees.

- I tried to reach support over a call to learn more about Maintenance fee on my savings account, the initial wait time showed up as 30min, nobody answered for 1 hour 20 minutes. I hung up and initiated a chat. 🧵

- I initiated a chat again, kept replying every 2-3 minutes, waited for the agent to join. The agent joined, she immediately asked me to call a number. I asked if she could escalate, she replied to initiate a call and she disconnected the chat.

- I initiated a chat, I was said I am 5th in the queue. I waited, an agent joined and my session timed out.
