@oyorooms, OYO Townhouse denied my entry and asked me to pay extra money. Customer support was not able to reach the hotel manager who was in front of me. In fact, the app too didn’t have the right contact of the hotel. I was stranded for a long time. Pathetic service.

@vijayshekhar Its more than a week that I am not able to operate my @PaytmBank account and ur support team is not not giving reason behind and not timeline for resolution. I will have to raise a complaint with @RBI is this issue is not sorted our by today.
