When Police arrived they straightway arrested the Father and told him that as per the Law if there is a scuffle between a Man and a Woman then the Man is the Culprit and Woman is the Victim. Dear @noidapolice can you please enlighten us that which version of BNS or IPC you are using?
Whole night staff of the Police station kept the Father in the air conditioned duty room thinking the NRI Man will be a priced catch for them. They kept hinting him whole night directly and indirectly that if he is having a good offer to make to the SHO then he will be released and no case will be lodged against him. When the deal not able to materialise they got disappointed and angry and next day put him in a dirty locker and booked him for breaching peace. Needless to add that they not bothered to take any action against the rowdy guards and the attacker woman.

An NRI Father was having family court order to take his Autistic daughter at 2.30 pm and drop her back at 8 pm at the gate of the IITL Nimbus - Express Parkview, Greater Noida where his estranged wife lives. On Tuesday evening Girl slept and because of that the Father came little late to drop the child and this happened after that.
Watch the video and tell who is at fault because as per @noidapolice if there is a scuffle between a Man and a Woman its always the fault of the Man. Working on this theory they arrested the Father and no action was taken against the attacker woman or the guards.
