దేశభాషలందు తెలుగు లెస్స అని విజయనగర సామ్రాజ్యాధీశుడు శ్రీకృష్ణదేవరాయలు, సుందర తెలుగు అని ప్రఖ్యాత తమిళ కవి సుబ్రమణ్య భారతి మన భాషను కొనియాడారు. మన మాతృభాష తెలుగులోని తీయదనం, సౌందర్యం అంత గొప్పవి. తెలుగు భాష పట్ల విద్యార్థి దశ నుంచే ఆసక్తి పెంచవలసిన బాధ్యత మనందరిపైనా ఉంది. నేడు తెలుగు ��ాషా దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న తెలుగువారందరికీ శుభాకాంక్షలు. వ్యావహారిక భాషా పితామహుడు శ్రీ గిడుగు వెంకట రామమూర్తి గారి జయంతిని పురస్కరించుకొని తెలుగు భాషా దినోత్సవాన్ని నిర్వహించుకొంటున్నాము. వాడుక భాష కోసం ఆయన చేసిన కృషి ఎంతో విశిష్టమైనది. ఆ మహనీయునికి అంజలి ఘటిస్తున్నాను.

ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి ఇతర రంగాల్లో అభివృద్ధి కోసం ఎన్ని భాషలు నేర్చుకొన్నా మన అమ్మ భాష తెలుగు అనేది ఎప్పుడూ మరచిపోకూడదు. భావి తరాలకు తెలుగు భాషను నేర్పడం, అందరం నిత్య వ్యవహారాల్లో తెలుగులో మాట్లాడటం, రాయడం ఒక అలవాటుగా మార్చుకోవడం ద్వారా మన భాష ప్రాశస్త్యాన్ని పెంచగలం.
