七転び八起きの日。
そして機動戦士ガンダムの日。
無事、太陽を57周公転しました。
皆様、たくさんのB.D.メッセージを本当にありがとう。

いつも言っていますが、ここまで来ると無事にこうして誕生日を迎えられることが、何よりも奇跡で、ありがたく、ただただ感謝しかありません。
自分に残された、もう決して長くはない時間を全身全霊で生き、音楽に、表現に、人生を捧げていく所存です。
それが先に旅立った大勢の仲間たちへの弔いだと思っているから。

そしてこれから更に遠慮せず、忖度せず、本心を、精神性を貫いていく所存です。
もう日本も、世界も、自分も、待った無しだから。
次の世代にこの意思のバトンを引き継ぎたいから。
自分がここにいるうちに、この墜落した混迷の世の中を少しでも良き方向へ導きたいから。

みんなと共に旅を続けて行けたら嬉しい。
これからもどうか宜しくお願いしますね。

Today is “Fall Down Seven Times, Get Up Eight” Day, and also Mobile Suit Gundam Day.
Today, I have safely completed my 57th orbit around the sun.

Thank you all so much for the countless birthday messages.
As I always say, at this point in my life, simply being able to celebrate another birthday in good health feels like nothing short of a miracle. I am filled with nothing but gratitude.
I intend to devote whatever time I have left—time that I know is no longer endless—to living with everything I have, dedicating my entire being to music, artistic expression, and life itself.
I believe that is the greatest tribute I can pay to the many friends and comrades who have passed away before me.

From this point forward, I will speak and act even more honestly than ever before—without hesitation, without compromise, and without bowing to expectations.
I will remain true to my convictions and to my spirit.
Because neither Japan, nor the world, nor I have the luxury of waiting any longer.
Because I want to pass this baton of conviction on to the next generation.
Because while I am still here, I want to help guide this fallen and deeply troubled world, even if only a little, toward a better future.

I would be truly happy if you would continue this journey together with me.
