Very important. Paying more than double of the actual meal is crazy and we end up doing that due to zomato and swiggy duopoly. Then they have the worst customer service. It's time we abandon then until swiggy and zomato change their attitude. It's high time now!

Rapido’s “Ownly” Targets the Big Two 🚀

After months of buzz, Rapido is officially rolling out Ownly — its zero-commission food delivery platform — to challenge the Swiggy-Zomato duopoly.

Launching in Bengaluru by June-end, Ownly skips the platform fees, slashes commissions, and pushes for sub-₹250 meals — giving both restaurants and consumers a breather.
