@Uber_India you charge cancellation fees when we cancel rides. How about paying to the customers back when your drivers cancel the fees? Fair practice you know. Rather than doing chindi chori try that the rides are available and not cancelled.

@rapidobikeapp guarantees a bike auto or cab in 5 mins via its advertisement. But since the last one week I have been trying the app and it takes almost 25 mins and several cancellations from the drivers to book a vehicle. Drivers even do not pick calls.

Today ordered food via @zomato and we had ordered Jain food. One of the dishes was delivered non jain though. @zomatocare asked for pictures which was sent. @zomatocare further asked for additional video or pictures to validate if garlic paste was used.

I am at R mall mulund west @MirajCinemas for a 10 pm show and the screen is already occupied with the previous show. No official of @MirajCinemas is present near the door and there is no one to answer the delay. Worst service
