@hulu_support worst customer service ever! I have the disney hulu bundle through verizon I pay extra every month for no ads. You charged me like you have for years now but im seeing ads. On the phone with support and they just keep talking in circles and doing nothing to fix it.

@hulu_support I also keep asking for a supervisor and the rep refuses to put me through to one. I'm 2 seconds away from calling my lawyer. I bet you all fix it then! Bottom line paying for a service im not getting.
