Lack of proactivness, no accountability, fooling customer is ur new definition now.

@Airtel_Presence Issue not resolved even after 30 hours of detection. Ur engineers are adamant saying there is no issue and the i had to detect it myself. Frequent disconnection had ruined my whole day at office today. How much more time u ppl need to resolve it.
