The @USNavy shipped 45,112 new Sailors in FY26, surpassing its active-duty enlisted recruiting mission. The @USMC exceeded its recruiting mission across every component and category.
31,250 enlisted Marines. 1,672 officers. 3,503 prior-service Reserve Marines.
Americans still want to serve. Our job is to give them high standards, hard missions, and a force worth joining.
The future won't wait, and neither will we.
The Navy is moving at the speed of the fight, putting autonomous systems in Sailors' hands to test, adapt and scale what works.

On October 1, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) will be redesignated as Commander, Navy Expeditionary Forces (CNEF).
The new name formally recognizes the command’s established role as the Navy’s expeditionary Type Command (TYCOM) and more accurately reflects the breadth of forces and capabilities required for the Navy to operate, sustain, secure, and fight from austere maritime environments.
