@deepakshenoy This sudden change is just like "pressurised euthanasia". As per Rule 12 of the Companies (Share Capital and Debenture) Rules, 2014, exercise period cannot be reduced. In ESOP, structuring also it is not only illogical but also illegal. There is NO justification for illegality.

@mister_whistler This variation is detrimental to interests of employees and is prima facie illegal as per ESOP Rules. This action itself is the speaking evidence of offence and doesn't need any evidence. Indian employees should take steps; gone are the British rule days of employment
