Survived our first follow-up checkup day out! 🥹🥹

Baby needed follow-up check for bilirubin/jaundice as it was almost beyond the threshold when they checked before we got discharged.

Thank God it got lower so no need for treatment! 🥹🥹

出産後退院した後一つ後悔しているのが、より意図的に「同期ママ達」との連絡先交換をすること。
そうすれば、退院後、「戦場」に入った後の状況、その後どうなったか、学びメモとかをお互い共有することが出来る。同期ママ達をお互い応援したい🥹😭😭

One of my regrets after leaving the hospital is not being intentional in connecting with fellow new mommas I met. How I wish we can keep in touch, ask how each other is doing, exchange notes after we went home! I wish I took courage and asked

Still wondering if it will be worth logging all diaper changes and feeding into the app (I like Huckleberry the most so far), so while I still can’t stick to that this is what works for me at the moment. #analog

If supply is still not enough to feed the hungry baby, we have milk formula to supplement the feed.

We shall see in the next few weeks if baby’s latch and also my milk supply improves. So far it seems manual Medela Harmony pump plus haakaa pumps/collector is enough

Survived the first night. Learned that baby is getting hungrier, and needs at least 60mL milk per feed now otherwise he won’t stop crying.

Baby is not latching well, so what helps now is expressing milk before feed, and collecting with haakaa milk collector.

Just want to share that our son (Rapha Isaiah “Seiya”) finally came out of this world on April 24, 2024! 🥰🥰

Earlier and not-so-painless as expected 😂 but nonetheless thank God we’re both safe and our baby is healthy 🥹🥹

Today we finally get to go home and be with daddy 😍🥰

なんと振込ミスで1時間距離のある銀行支店に「組み戻し」手続きをしないといけないことになった orz

Thank God for freedom from the long commute!!

研修を設計したきっかけは、担当チームに「メトリックスに関してアドバイスが欲しい」と依頼され、チームは既にデータを集まっているけど、どのように有効に活用するか迷っている

根本原因は経験不足なので、単に一発で教えるのではなく、bite-sizedで知識+実践をカバーする研修を作ることになった
