@OYO4U they have not offered me a solution, they want me to take all my family out from our hotel and bring them to another of their dirty hotel room, OYO has correct reputation of being a cheap third grade hotel service
@oyorooms I had a booking and the agent told me the hotel rooms are very clean amd its very nice, then when I visit, its DIRTY.. literally DIRTY DIRTY ROOMS & TOILETS
I call customer service 10 times to cancel & refund and they keep transferring me to another agent and (1/n)
@OYO4U so the customer support person called me and informed me what I already was told yesterday, that he cannot refund the amount, which means that it was my fault to have paid the amount before checking the property. All I can say is, that OYO has dirty support and dirty rooms.
after 1 hour of torture an agent tells me to go to the hotel and send pictures of the room to prove that I am not lying, after this, he tells me according to property manager, there is no issue with the rooms, so either you send us pictures or we cannot refund, PATHETIC (n/n)
