◾The Defence Minister of Estonia has resigned after getting scammed of 70 million Euros by an Indian company.

◾ Estonia made "advance payments" to an Indian company for purchase of artillery shells meant for Ukraine.

◾ Indian shell company, that received millions of euros from Estonia had ZERO experience in making artillery shells.

◾Some "junk" material arrived but was unusable. Shells were missing fuzes and propellants.

◾ However, payments kept flowing to the Indian Scammer company despite missing deadlines continuously.
