@Avabelly__ You guys should get together and go on strike. !!Your boss should be giving the service charge to you or should be taking that off the bill. Service charge means tip. You could try calling the Better Business Bureau or labor lawyer.
@Avabelly__ Why is your restaurant charging an 18% service charge that is not given to the waiters as a tip? I gather you guys are not unionized or you would challenge that. Most restaurants do not do that. I would suggest moving to a restaurant that pays its waiters fairly.
@Sofia50020Sofia For tip on that bill, 15%=$12.87, 18%=$15.44, 20%=$17.16 tip - thatโs the normal range ( so total amount would be up to $102.96 paid), and within that range, it depends on the service. Your math is way way off.

@em53550@Sassafrass_84 He did not bring people together, there was no unity, as he did not have any sort of subtitles or English translation of his songs on the screen to help people who donโt speak Spanish. Even the title of his halftime show at the beginning was only in Spanish. It was into exclusion
