@TheTollRoads Not fair to force a patron to pay a toll when you closed the last no-toll exit without warning. Bison on 73 south was fully closed 1/19 and 1/20 in the a.m. No warning on 19th. Had to exit Bonita Canyon and pay. Not good customer service!

@MONEY ...and @HiltonGardenInn says there’s no reason our group can’t come and stay. Refusing to refund a group booking of 22 students when case numbers keep climbing. Do you really want more people traveling and staying in the City with the increased risk? Do what’s right and safe!
