Stroke neurologist case of the day : 70 yo afib on Coumadin comes in for left sided hemiparesis. Last seen 3 hours prior to arrival found on the floor. Dense hemiplegia involving arm and leg. No other focal findings. Ct head negative. CTA negative. INR 3.0
