On my last visit, the store manager agreed to me commandeering some space and tables so that I can display leaflets with helpful information on a variety of topics that staff will find useful, ranging from Young Workers to Parents/Carers.

Update..@Currys on 25.10.25 asked for code to get £400 off 2 items ..kept on hold for over an hour then ‘spoke’ to a CS advisor who thought I was an imbecile and didn’t know how to order online the asked ME what code I was using- didn’t even read the full msg I needed the bloody

No response since 27.10.25 still taking time to look at the issue 19 days on🤬
Went into a store and Store manger found code in less than 3mins!
Advert still live on website with no code!!!
@currys your customer service is pathetic and false advertising is illegal !!

@currys 10 days on from a false advertising query and still waiting for response… never known anyone to take so long to ‘look into’ the issue @currys diabolical customer service

Well 48 hours since last communication !
They asked me to send them the code… did not even read the info on the screenshot ..@currys you obviously don’t need a sale … hence no communication!!
