Fixed: bonded tokens now show their live price and market cap.

After migration, a token's page kept reading its old bonding curve, so the numbers froze. It now follows the token's Meteora pool and updates every few seconds.

Fixed: market caps and coin stats weren't updating for trades made through some apps. Every trade is counted again, and stats update live.
