Pulley shuts down Dec 8.

Carta is taking the equity cap tables, but Pulley also ran the token cap table for many crypto companies, and Carta's migration doesn't touch tokens and digital assets.

So we're offering to help manage seamless transitions for crypto teams.

To Pulley token cap table customers: we will match Pulley's transition plan with Carta to honor your current pricing for year one, we rebuild your token cap table from your export ourselves, and while you keep Carta for equity.

Let us know how we can help! We'd love to work with all crypto companies looking for a new token cap table home.

Some companies need salaries to settle onchain without compensation data becoming public. Building with the @AleoHQ team means we can finally give them that option!

[Aleo @AleoHQ]

Built On Aleo 🛠️

Toku: private payroll and employment infrastructure for the stablecoin economy ✨

@usetoku is a global payroll compliance platform operating in 100+ jurisdictions. It integrates directly with the systems enterprises already use like ADP, Workday, and Gusto.

The team built everything needed to make stablecoin payroll viable, then hit the one wall the industry had been ignoring for far too long: privacy.

On most blockchains, every transaction is public by default. Sender, receiver, amount, timestamp, all of it on a permanent, searchable ledger.

For payroll, that means every employee's salary is visible to their colleagues, every bonus is a matter of public record, and every treasury movement can be read by competitors.

This has been a major barrier for enterprise adoption of stablecoin payroll.
That's where Aleo comes in.

Toku handles everything above the settlement layer: employment contracts, tax withholding, statutory filings, and multi-jurisdiction compliance. Aleo handles everything below it: private, verifiable, onchain settlement.

Payment is carried out in USAD, a US dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by @paxoslabs on Aleo, backed 1:1 by USDG. Employees receive their salaries in USAD. No salary information is visible onchain, and treasury movements stay hidden.

With Toku on Aleo, companies can pay a global workforce without exposing compensation structures. Reserves can move onchain without revealing burn rate. And payroll stays audit-ready for tax and compliance, even though the ledger transactions reveal nothing.

Before offering it to clients, both Aleo and Toku used the system to pay their own teams.

Not a proof of concept, but private stablecoin payroll running in production.

Private stablecoin payroll through Toku and Aleo is live today.

[Paxos Labs @paxoslabs]

Less than 1% of businesses run payroll on crypto. The reason is simple: on a public blockchain, going onchain means publishing every salary, bonus, and contractor rate.

That is the barrier USAD was built to remove.

USAD is @AleoHQ's private, programmable, compliance-aware dollar, issued by Paxos Labs on Aleo, backed 1:1 by USDG.

@usetoku is running the world's first fully private stablecoin payroll on USAD, paying globally distributed teams with no compensation data exposed onchain.

Payroll was the use case everyone wanted and no one could safely deliver. Now it is real.

Encrypted by default, visible when it matters. Glad to be building this with @aleo and @paxoslabs.

Built on Aleo 🛡🛠

Highlighting USAD by @paxoslabs ✨

Private dollars, built for real-world finance.

USAD on Aleo is a privacy-preserving stablecoin issued by Paxos Labs and backed 1:1 by USDG reserves. Private, programmable dollars for payments, payroll, and financial applications.

Most stablecoins today run on public blockchains where every balance, payment, and transaction is visible. That model worked early on, but it breaks down for real-world financial systems.

Companies can't expose treasury activity. Users shouldn't reveal their entire financial history. Institutions need both privacy and compliance.
Real finance requires both.

That's where USAD on Aleo comes in.

Built on Aleo's zero-knowledge architecture and issued through Paxos Labs' infrastructure, USAD encrypts transaction data by default and supports compliant, selective disclosure when needed.

The result is a digital dollar designed for real-world use.

Payments without exposing identities.

Payroll without leaking compensation data.

Financial applications without sacrificing confidentiality.

But more importantly, USAD creates a foundation for entirely new applications to be built on top.

One example is @usetoku.

Toku is a global compliance platform that has processed more than $1 billion in token payroll volume. By integrating Aleo's privacy layer into Toku's platform, enterprises can now pay teams in stablecoins without exposing salaries, bonuses, or treasury flows onchain.

Crucially, Aleo and Toku didn't just build this and ship it. They used it themselves first, paying their own globally distributed teams before launching to enterprise clients.

By integrating Aleo, stablecoins evolve from transparent ledgers into infrastructure that can support modern financial systems.

Digital assets are entering a new phase. What once ran in parallel to existing financial systems is increasingly being applied to solve practical, real-world needs — often behind the scenes – from cross-border remittances to B2B money transfers. This creates new opportunities to add value in how money moves globally.

Today, we introduced the Mastercard Crypto Partner Program — a global initiative that brings together more than 85 crypto-native companies, payments providers, and financial institutions. Together, we're creating a forum for meaningful dialogue and collaboration as this space continues to mature.
