@VirginHolidays I’m so disappointed, like others, I booked a holiday of a lifetime. There’s been NO COMMUNICATION. It’s appalling. Sending out the same generic email is not good enough. I hate to be blunt but what the hell Is going on?? We’ve all be waiting long enough.

@londonheathrow @British_Airways @spoons129 please explain to me how my luggage did not make it onto the plane? Now stranded without any clothes etc & I’m being told I have to wait over 24hrs. Appalling

@British_Airways an utter disgrace! can’t believe the service we have received today, rude staff BA kick us off our connecting flight “system issues” & to top it off we are now without our luggage. Have to wait over 24hrs yet we were told it would be on the next flight 3hrs later

@British_Airways horrendous day travelling with BA. Got kicked off our flight due to a computer issue, rude staff and now stuck in Las Vegas without our bags. Not looking forward to our return journey
