I spent some time looking through startup websites yesterday.
A lot of them had:
β’ No live chat
β’ No lead capture
β’ No easy way to ask questions
Then we wonder why visitors disappear.
Most people don't buy on their first visit.
Start the conversation first.
Someone visits your website at 11:47 PM.
They have a question.
Nobody replies.
They leave.
By morning, they've already found their answer somewhere else.
Your website shouldn't sleep because you do.
Every founder says they need more traffic.
Most actually need more conversations.
300 visitors.
0 questions.
0 emails collected.
0 customers.
That's not a traffic problem.
That's a conversion problem.
How do you fix that?

It's been a while since my last build-in-public update.
I realized build in public isn't about posting screenshots of code it's about sharing meaningful progress.
Over the past few weeks, I've been rebuilding Axela's AI brain from the ground up.
Every founder says they need more traffic.
Most actually need more conversations.
300 visitors.
0 questions.
0 emails collected.
0 customers.

π @useaxela now crawls your website for useful information.
It learns about your business, products, and services automatically, so you can spend less time configuring and more time growing.
Smarter AI starts with better context.

Day 16 of building Axela
Focused on reliability today.
Added centralized error handling for cleaner API responses:
β 400 β validation errors
β 404 β business not found
β 429 β rate limits
β 500 β server failures
Also added unique API keys for every business.
Originally, business IDs alone were used for identification, but that's not enough for secure server authentication.
Now every request can be properly verified before accessing Axela's services.
Not the flashiest update, but good products are built on boring foundations.
