Gbagada residents shocked by flooding don’t understand how delicate the water management system is around them.
There used to be a massive canal lbehind Atunrase and heap of trash.
Governor Fashola was the one that solved the flooding there when I was in secondary school. It needs management.
If it’s not well managed, you guys will be back to 2002-2005 flooding there.
