I still stand by this post.

A simulated account is a simulated account. That part doesn’t change.

But one thing I’ve reconsidered is this:

Does it actually matter to the trader if the firm is transparent about the model, has fair rules and consistently pays profitable traders?

If a trader puts up little capital, proves their skill and gets paid based on their performance, there’s clearly an opportunity there.

My issue was never with traders making money.

My issue was with firms using unrealistic rules and looking for excuses not to pay.

Find a firm that fixes those problems, and then we can have a different conversation.

I saw this crazy compilation.
