HoldPad is a launchpad for holders.
Fees on every coin launched through HoldPad are earned by one group only: the people who actually stick around. Not the loudest wallet, not the fastest bot, not the insider with the biggest bag. If you hold, you earn. If you sell, you earn nothing. Even if you're the smallest wallet on the chart.
Holding died for a reason.
Somewhere along the way, launchpads started paying for rotation. Volume became the product, and every fee model, leaderboard and airdrop pushed you to buy, flip and move on to the next one. Platforms got rich off the churn. Traders got trained to never sit still.
It's been years, and nobody has seriously tried to bring holding back. Most coins launched today are dead within hours. The chart pumps, the early wallets dump, and whoever believed in it is left holding a bag that pays them nothing.
That isn't a culture problem. It's an incentive problem.
You can't bring back holding with vibes.
You can only bring it back with raw, unapologetic incentives that reward the last holders standing.
90% of every coin's trading fees go to its holders, weighted by how long they've held. Your clock starts when you buy. Every day you hold, your share grows. The moment you sell, your clock resets to zero and you're out of the payouts.
There are no exceptions. Size doesn't protect you. A whale who sells earns the same as a whale who never bought: nothing. A small wallet that has held for three weeks keeps earning, day after day, while the big players who left get nothing.
The last holder standing gets paid.
Picture it. You're the little guy. You found a coin early and actually believed in it. One by one, the big wallets sell. The influencers rotate out. The insiders cash out and move on.
You're still there.
Every trade on that coin still pays fees, and every one of those fees now goes to the people who stayed. The fewer holders left, the bigger each holder's share. Everyone who sold handed you their cut on the way out.
Paper hands pay the diamond hands. Literally.
Built so it can't be faked.
Payouts are made in the coin's pair token. If a coin is paired to SOL, you're paid in SOL. If it's paired to a tokenized stock like TSLAx or NVDAx, you're paid in that stock. Hold weight is calculated from on-chain balances and hold time, so nobody can claim a clock they didn't earn. 10% of fees buy $HOLD, and that's the whole split.
This isn't for everyone.
If you want to flip, there are a hundred launchpads built for you. HoldPad is for the people who still believe holding something should mean something.
Hold longer. Earn more. Be the last one standing.

@CryptoWizardRev This is just the fee structure the token was launched with.
After graduation, the particular Raydium pool earns fees in whatever token the trader pays with. Buys pay in SOL and sells pay in $HOLD, so fee claims come back as a mix of both.
What a runner on HoldPad looks like when bigger traders exit early, and little guys are left holding:
A coin launches and climbs. Larger wallets take profit along the way. Some exit fully, while others sell part of their position and keep the rest.
Under HoldPad's model, any sell resets that wallet's hold time to zero.
Meanwhile, a group of smaller wallets buys in and holds through every drawdown without selling, including some who are underwater.
Every trade on a HoldPad coin generates fees, and 90% of those fees are distributed to holders(10% buys back $HOLD), weighted by how long they've held without selling. As the remaining long-term holders, those smaller wallets receive the full holder share of the fees that coin generated.
Rewards are based on conviction, not wallet size. A single sell removes a wallet from the rewards, regardless of how many tokens it still holds.

Would defeat the purpose of longer hold times.
As we can see evidently, holding is quite the problem here.
We launched this token with a 2% dev buy, and zero external supply control. (full fair launch)
Double edged sword.
Most launchpads reward whoever flips fastest. We're building the opposite.
On HoldPad, every trade on a coin pays a fee, those fees don't go back to random holders who are in and out of the token within minutes, they go back to that coin's holders weighted by how long they've held.
Even the little guy.
Hold longer, earn more. Sell once and your clock resets to zero.
The only way to truly incentivize holding at the highest level, is by building unapologetic mechanics that exclusively reward those who do.

Multiple coins have already launched through $HOLD !
We'll be busy making improvements across the board, assuring HOLDERS win more than anybody.
Happy holding.
