@Soulraque The barrier of entry *should* go down over time. Eventually, when and if it’s ever mandatory, it’ll probably be included as standard on every vehicle. Like backup cameras are now.
@carpenterRobOH If you work in construction you hear about it every morning during the safety meeting and consider the risks while filling out the JSA. #OSHA
@bassman9000@JRehling That’s cool and all, but doesn’t support the argument that it should remain a national holiday in the US.

@adamgray1847 @scarlett_attari@MikeForKY It sounded like your biggest objection to UBI is that all of a sudden nobody would work. $12k a year is a lot of money but is it enough for you to stay home all day? Why would you assume that is what everybody else would do? And how would that affect your life anyway?
@adamgray1847 @scarlett_attari@MikeForKY Honestly, how much does the way others live their life, affect your life? Not everybody can be a farmer. The biggest existential threat to farms is big agriculture and lab grown food. If anything, UBI would allow more farms to thrive if ppl have more money to spend on food.
Amy McGrath attacked us today for building a grassroots campaign powered by people who believe in KY.
That’s ok. Since her consultants made that tweet, we’ve raised over $100,000 in small donations.
Thanks Amy, and thank you to all the people who are a part of the movement.
