The ORBIX Team thesis
AI is sold at list price. The market sells it for less.
Every major model has a list price set by the lab that made it. But a lot of AI capacity is already paid for: unused credits, committed spend, spare rate limits on keys that teams pay for every month. That capacity gets resold, and it trades far below list.
Right now the AI resale market carries 10,230 seller listings across 99 of our 100 models, at a median 95% under list on output. In the last 24 hours it served 4.4M requests.
The supply is real. What's been missing is a simple, safe way to use it. That's ORBIX.
Why it matters for developers
AI is becoming the biggest bill in a modern product, and agents make it bigger: they run all day and read far more tokens than any human would.
You could buy from the resale market yourself. You'd have to find sellers, decide who to trust, handle the ones that fail, and juggle keys and billing for every model.
With ORBIX you change one base URL:
One key for 100 models: Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM, Kimi, Grok and more.
OpenAI and Anthropic compatible, with streaming and tool use. No code rewrite.
Every request goes to the cheapest trusted seller at that moment.
If no seller can take it, it falls back to OpenRouter, so production doesn't break.
No subscription. Top up with ETH or USDG and pay per request.
An overnight agent run, 10M tokens in and 2M out, cost $0.044 on GPT-5.6 Luna at today's market price. List price: $4.40.
Why it matters for sellers
Most teams pay for more AI capacity than they use. Unused credits expire, spare quota sits idle, and that's money gone.
On ORBIX you list that capacity from the app, set your own price and daily limits per model, and get paid in USDC on Base, straight to your wallet, for every request you serve. Your provider key passes through to the marketplace and is never stored by ORBIX.
ORBIX brings the demand. Every request goes to the cheapest trusted offer, so a sharp price wins volume.
Why there is a token
Market prices are already low. $ORBIX makes them lower for the people who back the network.
Every $ORBIX trade pays a 1.2% creator fee into a public treasury. That fee funds a daily discount pool, and holders spend it as up to 80% off market prices, depending on how much they hold: 10% at 500K, 30% at 1M, 60% at 5M, 80% at 10M. No staking, no lockups. Hold it in your wallet and your key gets the discount.
Usage gives people a reason to hold. Holding and trading fund the pool. A bigger pool makes AI cheaper for holders, which brings more usage. That's the loop.
Why we're bullish on the product
Demand compounds. Agents don't sleep. 4.4M requests a day already flow through the resale market, and most of them run on cheap, fast models at volume.
Supply competes. 10,230 listings and growing. Models with 100+ sellers sit at a median 99% under list. More sellers means lower prices, and lower prices bring more buyers.
Zero margin is a hard price to beat. We pass through exactly what the market charged. Nobody can undercut that by adding a markup.
Discounts come from real fees, not emissions. The pool is funded by actual trading, in ETH, on-chain.
Everything is checkable. Every response carries its list cost, market cost, discount and charged amount in the headers. The treasury is a public address.
We ship fast. This week alone: 83 new models, USDG top-ups, live market prices across the site, a light theme, and a starter credit for holders.
This is our view of the product and the market, not financial advice.
Where we are today
Live on Robinhood Chain
100 models, 99 with trusted sellers below list
What we believe
AI should cost what the market says, not what the list says. Every number should be checkable, so it's in the headers and on-chain. The people who back a network should be the ones who save the most from it.
We're early, and we're building in public. Try it, check the receipts, and tell us what to build next.

@teddykaspa We launched on Pons, where all contracts are verified and safe. This is just a default warning that appears on Pons tokens until they go through Blockaid’s verification process. Nothing to worry about, but appreciate you bringing it up!
Hey this surprised me to but I’m gonna show you what I’ve researched about the providers on Robin hoood . You don’t have to like it but it’s what my Grok Heavy has shown me and he compared everything about every provider. And he picks @useorbix over every other one. $thinkr #2
New update
200 models on ORBIX, top-ups on a fifth network, and new pages to read the market before you send a request.
What's new:
50 more models. 19 run through trusted sellers below list, including Kimi K3.1 Pro, Mercury 3 and Nemotron 3.5 Lightning. The rest (GPT-5, o3, Llama 4, Nova, Codestral and more) go through OpenRouter at list price until sellers list them, and each model page says which route it takes.
Arbitrum top-ups: ETH, USDC and USDT. Same treasury as on the other four networks.
Market Pulse: the last 24 hours on the market. Most traded, most contested, deepest discount, cheapest and most reliable models, plus requests by provider.
Compare models: up to four side by side. List and market price, what your tier pays, sellers, volume, speed and uptime. The link keeps your pick.
Every model page now shows time to first token, market uptime, prompt cache hits and a 48-hour heatmap of where requests landed by discount.
Holder tier: what you saved this month, split into market price and holder discount, and how many $ORBIX you need for the next tier.
Sell capacity: what the market owes you, what's on its way, what's been paid, when the next payout lands, and every payout with its Base transaction.
Landing page: the most used models today and the ones furthest under list.

Same question. Five models. Five very different bills.
We asked each one to explain an API key to a 10-year-old. All five gave a solid answer. Here's what 1,000 of those requests cost on ORBIX, at market price:
Claude Opus 5.5: $1.11 (list $2.02)
GPT-6.1 Sol: $0.29 (list $0.59)
Gemini 3.8 Flash: $0.003 (list $0.21)
DeepSeek V4.1 Flash: under $0.001 (list $0.06)
gpt-oss-120b: under $0.001 (list $0.07)
Pick the model that fits the job. One key covers all 150.

Every ORBIX response comes with a receipt.
A real request, just now: Claude Opus 5.5, 30 tokens in, 700 out.
x-orbix-list-cost: $0.014120
x-orbix-market-cost: $0.004045
x-orbix-charged: $0.004045
Charged exactly what the market charged. 71% under list, and ORBIX keeps $0.
Hold $ORBIX and the same request drops as low as $0.0016 at Core and $0.0008 at Singularity.
Check your own headers: https://t.co/ZhYPIccKtv
Put it together for GLM 5.3, per 1M output tokens:
List: $1.40
Average market buyer this week: $0.055
Top of the book on ORBIX: $0.033
Core holder: $0.013
No ORBIX margin, just the market price, then your holder discount.
Every model has its own live order book now: https://t.co/IFB9PRilzy
We just opened the order book behind every AI model on ORBIX.
150 markets. 28,684 trusted seller offers, 17,094 of them live right now. 4.3M requests through the market in the last 24 hours.
Here's what we learned.
The busiest seller is often not the cheapest one.
In 51 of 149 markets, the offer doing the most trades isn't the cheapest live offer. For DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, the busiest offer charges 12x the best live price.
ORBIX doesn't pick favorites. Every request goes to the top of the book: the cheapest live offer at that moment.
How ORBIX works, start to finish.
Sign in with your wallet, create one API key and top up with ETH or USDG on Robinhood Chain. Every request goes to the cheapest seller on the market, with no markup.
$ORBIX holders pay even less.
