@tondiiee@FinPlanKaluAja1 Don't mind them... let everyone go back to their home country and develop it.... of their home was better, would they have left? Foolish Nigerians with slave mentality.
As an Estate Owner or Solar Investor, Did You Know?
You can generate electricity for people in your estate and start making money.
For example:
If your estate has over 500 houses, you can install a solar system that can serve all of them. Residents will collect meters and start buying units, just like electricity.
Yes, you can set up a metering system that will monitor your clients’ consumption and charge them without any stress.
Normally, if you want to recharge your meter, you buy a token — exactly how your clients will buy tokens and load their meters.
That is how your clients will buy tokens to use your solar system. You can also monitor each meter on your system and see who has tampered with a meter.
The permit to do this is not even difficult to obtain.
Recommended System Size:
660kW Inverter System
1MW Battery
750kWp Solar Array
You are good to go!
@Iamindiscov It's stupid how online changes narrative and mock people..... the sweetest part is that money does not change anything in this life. Wetin happen to poor man go happen to rich man.
Every time I see a machine like this, I am reminded of how much money Africa is leaving on the table.
This is a cashew nut shelling machine. I saw it on Alibaba selling around N2.5million only.
Many people see a machine.
I see jobs. I see small factories across cashew producing areas in Nigeria and Africa.
I see export earnings.
I see millions of dollars that should remain in Africa.
Unfortunately, what often happens is that we harvest raw cashew nuts, bag them, and export them overseas.
The real money starts after the cashew leaves our shores.
Other countries shell it. They grade it. They package it. They brand it and possibly resell export to us😁
They export it at much higher prices after basic processing activities.
And then we celebrate being major producers of raw cashew nuts.
That is not enough. As Africans, we must start thinking beyond production.
Production is important. We don’t have problem with that currently.
But processing is where wealth is created.
Imagine a community producing thousands of tonnes of cashew annually.
Instead of exporting raw nuts, they establish a processing plant.
Young people get jobs. Transporters get business.
Packaging companies make money. Farmers enjoy a stronger market.
Everyone wins.
This is why I keep saying that Africa’s agricultural challenge is not always production.
Many times, it is value addition.
The future belongs to those who can move from selling commodities to selling products.
Don’t just ask, “How can I produce more cashew?”
Ask “How can I process, package, and sell more cashew products?”
That is where the real opportunity lies.
Africa does not need to remain a supplier of raw materials forever.
We can become manufacturers too. It doesn’t cost that much, many times, we have never done the research.
In agriculture?
Think value addition
Think value addition
We need more players there.

@theglobecoded@KobeissiLetter All politicians do insider trading.
Like why the F do you think they all want to be in that office? They control the market. They are the Wales.
Let me summarise.
1. Irrespective of your income, you must file a personal tax return. Yes, even if you earn N1.00
2. Tax filing for Individual taxes is ANNUAL, not monthly
3. Your company can't file personal income tax for you
4. Your tax relief is no longer automatic; you must claim it with proof. Rent needs proof.
I am amazed at the response; it shows so many are not educated about this tax reform. Please go to your HR or tax plug and ask questions.
So many of you will be shocked in January 2027
If you like, keep abusing, it's your money
I met Someone who did $11m in a year on Exness

I have a lot to learn oo.
To those that think forex is a scam, well I feel it is because the number of unprofitable traders are just too high and the profitable ones most times are Annoymous except for the mentors that teach online, or like the social space, majority of the profitable forex traders are not just into forex alone they own companies and most times identify as the brand they own not as forex traders.
For real you need to stay focused.
Personally I have choose to keep being very consistent, I have seen things men…..
