please could you hold the 19:12 train for Dover at ramsgate for a new minutes please since the 18:49 train from Margate still hasn’t moved and Id love to not have to wait for an hour at Ramsgate. thank you:))

@SouthernRailUK Thank you, my train is currently stuck at bexhill - left Hastings at 5:07. This is really concerning and worrying and I can’t refund the flight or anything

@SouthernRailUK Why wasn’t we informed about this before getting on the train at Hastings??? We’ve most likely missed our flight now.
