@RoyalMailHelp I was supposed to receive a parcel on Sunday however it wasn’t delivered, i was told it would be delivered the next working day but I had a different Royal Mail delivery today and that parcel still wasn’t delivered.

@SF_England I’m due my first student loan payment tomorrow & my status is currently showing “awaiting confirmation” however when I go onto the before 2018 portal it says “payment in progress” which one is correct? Will I get my payment tomorrow like I’m supposed to?
